Pumpkin Post it note holder

Another Post it note holder using my Oval Punch Pumpkin

Fall Fun

These are some of my Fall & Halloween Decorations around my house. They hang around my little Halloween Tree from Michaels. The Coffin Box uses Judith and Heather Stamps and the 2 4 6 gift holders use Stampin'Up supplies. The little witch uses the "Burnished Watercolors" technique from the http://www.techniquejunkies.com/ website. Check it out, new techniques all the time!

CD Sleeve

I recently went to see Toby Keith at Verizon Wireless Amphitheater in Irvine CA. I have this great little Panasonic camara and I took lots of video and pictures. Yeh Hah! He's a looker! Well I made a CD of my pictures for my best friend and this is what I did with the CD sleeve. Stampin' Up to the rescue for a cute CD sleeve. I took one of my pictures and printed it on a printable CD with my Epson R1800 printer (Nice printer by the way) and used the stamp set "Wanted". Sponged a little ink and Viola!

Custom designed diecuts and cards

I own a Pazzles Pro Plotter/Cutter. I purchased this expensive, $3000.00 "toy" 2 years ago and there it sat for 1 year in the box......Like I said I am a collector. I have spent the last 6 months learning the software and every little aspect of that machine inside and out! I can cut Paper, Vinyl, thin chipboard, even stencil material. I can turn a vector drawing into a personalized diecut. Paper piecing, 12x12 scrapbook layouts, specialized card cuts, I am trying it all! These cute little Hibiscus are actually from a card set I created...just a bit labor intensive with the Stickles glitter on the edges but cute. Those of you in the"Women in Ink" group saw my little witch hats I designed. Those were all designed and cut by my Pazzles Pro. I have arthritis in my hands so multiple cuts with a craft knife can be very painful..So I have something else to cut it for me! If any of you need a diecut for a special layout email me and I will create one for you!!

Oval Punch Pumpkins

Aren't these little guys cute? They
make cute ornaments ! See
instructions below!

Pumpkin: Oval Punches

Here are the instructions for the cute little "Punch Pumpkin". You can hang them on a Halloween tree or put them on a card.
Use an Oval Punch to punch out 5 ovals from Pumpkin Pie Cardstock. Ink the edges with a sponge and Pumpkin Pie ink.
Layout the ovals as shown to the left. Start with 2 then lay 2 more on top a little lower and more centered then lay the last one on top centered and lower.
Use the Wrought Iron punch for the "stem". Punch a corner of Old Olive cardstock. Take the corner and cut out the "curly Q's" for a stem.
Now take VersaMark ink and stamp a face on it, then heat emboss with clear powder. Try the cute little faces in the Stampin' Up set Carved and candle lit

Post it note holder

This is just the cutest set for a pregnancy or new baby gift. Stampin' Up's "I'm Here" Since I use Acrylic Blocks I just put both feet side by side and stamped! The ribbon came from a great place in Long Beach, Ca. called Fabric Barn http://www.fabricbarn.com/ . The little pen came from Staples and the initial idea came from Lis Ljung http://stampingwithlisljung.blogspot.com/ and a raffle prize I won from her! Don't forget to check out the white pen (Uni-ball Signo Gel Pen) offered by Stampin' Up, It is great for little dots!

OH NO...I'm a blogger!

Hi I'm Sue R. my nickname is SueR.....pronounced ....sewer... that came from having 3 people with the same name at one place of business years ago. So we all added our last initial and my nickname was created. Well I finally joined the ranks of crafters everywhere.....I now have a blog of my own to inspire others crafters like me! Well hopefully it will inspire someone......he he... I will be uploading pictures of my studio because while I was creating my studio I really appreaciated looking at what others had done with their areas. I built my 6ft light table for a multitude of crafts including sewing, stamping, embossing and scrapbooking. I had hopes I would eventually have friends sitting around it crafting with me, well I do now and it works great. So TFL or Thanks for looking!
